We are a specialized and innovative landscaping company delivering top-tier lawn care applications, estate landscaping, and golf course maintenance and construction services. Led by a former Assistant Golf Course Superintendent and CT licensed Arborist, our company offers expertise in residential and commercial lawn care applications, private estate and golf course clubhouse landscape management, and high-level golf course construction projects. Our well-rounded team has successfully completed bunker renovations, tee leveling, drainage and irrigation installations, aeration, seeding, fertilization, tree work, hardscaping, and more.

What You’ll Do

As a Turf & Landscape Specialist depending on your experience and goals you’ll be an integral part of our collaborative team, working on a variety of lawn care applications, landscape maintenance and golf course projects. Responsibilities include:

Performing high-quality lawn care, landscape maintenance for residential, estate and commercial properties.

Assisting with golf course construction projects, including drainage, irrigation, and renovations.

Operating and maintaining specialized turf equipment (training provided).

Applying fertilizers and pesticides (must have or be able to obtain a CT Junior Operator pesticide license).

Collaborating with our team to enhance operations, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Interacting with Golf Course Superintendents, property owners and professional partners.

Have experience in turf management, landscaping, or golf course maintenance.

Be in good physical condition (able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions).

Be eager to learn new equipment and techniques.

Have excellent communication skills, contribute new ideas, and have a strong work ethic.

Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Be professional in appearance (uniform provided).
