Data Analyst remote start -When they convert must be willing to relocate to Stamford CT6 months c2h This role is at Charter Communications specifically in the IVR development team.The project will be improving the IVR experience for the Charter external customers. This role will pull data to help build use cases and ‘how to handle’ based on those use cases. The work will be done to determine WHY the customer is callingThis role will have to find the needed data in different systems in Charter. The manager is building this new role on his team and this role has to hunt/gather the data, then work with the developers to map to the existing systems. Required Skills-Kafka, APIs, ETL Jobs,-Understanding how to map the data to the billing systems, customer records etc-Critical Thinking Skills as it relates to data and locations-Basic data analyst skills Nice to Haves-Charter experience with billing systems and customer records-PEGA experience Regards,Navneet kumar- ID: #49594181
