- Cisco phone deployment, ability to help end users with Cisco phone devices (checking voicemail, making outbound calls)
- Cisco Meraki
- Desktop support Windows10
- Basic troubleshooting (VoIP, desktop, network)
- Need to be detail oriented and follow directions well
- Basic project coordination skills information gathering from end users onsite
