We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the apartment complex.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems: Ensure all HVAC systems are functioning properly and efficiently.

2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues: Identify and resolve problems with HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical issues. 3. Perform routine maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.

4. Respond to resident requests: Address resident complaints and concerns related to HVAC systems in a timely and professional manner.

5. Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections, including documentation of parts and materials used.

6. Collaborate with maintenance team: Work with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.

7. Adhere to safety protocols: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when working with electrical and mechanical systems.
