SummaryProvide personal transportation with the ultimate comfort, individualized service, and safety of our residents while out in the larger community.Essential functions· Operates cab or bus and controls for both.· Inspect the cab/bus before and after driving.· Maintain the cab/bus detailing, registration, insurance, inspection and oil change.· Clean the interior and exterior of the cab/bus.· Gas cab/bus· Report any mechanical issues with cab/bus.· Assist residents with any equipment, on/off bus, any packages.Competencies· Accountability· Caring· Integrity· ResponsibilityPhysical Requirements· Must be able to stand for periods of time.· Must be able to bend, stretch, stoop and walk.Work environment· Will work in a well-lit and ventilated area.· May be required to work beyond normal working hours, and in other positions temporarily.· May be subject to callbacks during emergency conditions (e.g. severe weather, evacuation, post-disaster, etc.)· May be subject to exposure to infectious waste, disease conditions (e.g. TB, AIDS, Hepatitis B Virus, etc.) and hazardous chemicals.
