Intro Marketing Language :The department is responsible for the processing of global income events across different dividend and fixed income products held by the firm. The role offers staff the opportunity to work within different lines of business to build up comprehensive product knowledge. Team liaise closely with various groups across the firm, including trading desks, middle office, finance teams and settlements. This interaction enables employees to gain an insight into other operations and obtain a high-level knowledge of the diverse range of the J.P. Morgan products.Job summary:As an Asset Servicing Analyst you will process events/payments for dividend and coupon events. The primary role is for an Analyst that can support all phases of an event that has the ability to service our brokers, and multi task to accomplish all phases.Job responsibilities:

Processing of dividend and coupon events across various markets including US, Canada, Central, and South Americas

Daily liaising with Front and Middle Offices, Depositories, Global Custodians and market counterparties

Production of daily management reporting and daily reconciliations

Investigation and resolution of dividend balances

Research claims and ensure payments are made in a timely manner

Be proactive in seeking alternative, efficient and cost effective methods to improve current processes

Understanding of trade flows including but not limited to Stock Borrow Loan, Repo, Buy/Sell

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent work experience

Asset servicing knowledge and experience within securities operation environment preferred

Knowledge of the transaction / trade lifecycle

Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing business and technology needs

Strong risk and control awareness and ability to implement mitigating controls

Ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality

Exceptional problem / issue resolution skills

Capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Must be extremely adaptable and open to change

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Asset servicing knowledge and experience within securities operation environment
