Will be responsible for execution of territory strategy, market analysis, overseeing educational events, and making daily calls to prospective referral sources. - Build new relationships and strengthen existing relationships to create lifelong business partners that will continue to utilize ATI as their preferred PT partner.
- Create opportunities to drive incremental growth in assigned region.
- Coach and further develop Practice Partner 1 team members.
- Provide market intel.
- Effectively utilize technical and social media platforms to create visibility to provide value to referral sources.
- Associate's degree or equivalent in Exercise Science/Physiology, Sports/Performance Training, Kinesiology or in progress toward a related Bachelor's degree.
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of Healthcare sales or service experience.
- Previous sales experience in the healthcare industry, service industry, sales as a licensed healthcare provider, or military experience.
- Ability to thrive in a metrics driven sales environment.
- Self -Starter.
- High degree of accountability and work ethic.
- Leader amongst peers.
