Celonis Consultant RTR

The Job:

• Accountable for driving Celonis led Transformation programs within set timelines.
• Responsible for reviewing, guiding and enriching the output of Celonis Analysis drawing on deep domain knowledge in RTR.
• Coordinate with Customer for deliverable review and approval process
• Work closely with Customer to understand current landscape, infrastructure and business challenges to arrive at key areas for Celonis analysis to focus upon.
• Work with Project / Program Leaders and the customer to optimize the quality of project output.

• Bachelors / Master’s degree preferably in MBA Finance, CA Or ICWA Extensive experience in handled large accounts
• Strong domain knowledge in key areas of RTR – Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation Statement, Month end Close, Fixed Asset.
• Exposure / experience in Quality, Analytics, Metrics design, Benchmarking and Consulting will be preferred
• Cross-industry and cross-functional experience preferred
• Domain Certifications (Finance ) as well as Specialized Skill Certifications (Agile, and Lean/Six Sigma etc.) are preferred.
• User experience in SAP/Oracle /Month close applications (BPC, GCAP etc) and Legacy ERPs.
• Past experience in analytics and process visualization
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Digital Analytical Tools knowledge (Process Mining, Data Analyst, Power BI).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – PPT, Excel, Word.
• Self-starter and ability to work independently and drive results with an eye for detail.
• Project Management & Analytical skills.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
