Maintain compliance with all SOPs and Good Production Practices. (40%).Quality & Food Safety Oversight — Monitor product quality, packaging standards, and process controls. Address defects, implement corrective actions, and uphold HACCP and USDA regulatory requirements. (30%).Performance Metrics Management — Achieve key operational KPIs including BMPH, Cost/lb., PPMH, and A‑Grade %. Identify opportunities for improvement and drive results. (20%).People & Compliance Administration — Enforce HR and safety policies, manage timekeeping and time‑off requests in Kronos/Oracle HCM, and ensure timely completion of all required training.
