- Interact with customers by telephone, as well as e-mail, mail, and fax.
- Answer customer inquiries and solve problems regarding billing, services, and products.
- Assess customer needs and interests to present Mediacom products and services.
- Utilize appropriate sales and retention guidelines to properly process customer requests to add or disconnect services.
- Exceed or maintain minimum sales, quality, and productivity standards.
- Demonstrate courtesy and patience in customer relations.
- Troubleshoot basic service issues and schedule on site service calls when necessary.
- Receive and process customer payments.
- Builds customer loyalty by his or her ability to effectively differentiate Mediacom products and services from those of other companies and effectively communicate those differences.
- Exceed or maintain minimum sales, quality and productivity standards.
- Performs multiple tasks simultaneously while on the phone with customers.
- Follows all Mediacom Communication policies and procedures.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Interviews will be conducted virtually from Oct. 26th - Nov. 5th.
- FINAL hiring decisions will be made by November 10th.
- Mediacom will conduct a background check and drug screen as part of the hiring process.
