This role supports a U.S.-based consumer banking organization that offers a broad range of banking, payments, lending, and investment services. The team focuses on digital sales transformation and enhancing the experience of existing customers. The individual will manage cross-sell and merchandising strategies for existing customers across travel, spend, and loyalty card products.Define and lead the end-to-end digital commerce roadmap and strategy for existing customersOwn offer placement and merchandising strategy, supported by data-driven insightsUse analytics and performance data to guide optimization, personalization, and agile test-and-learn initiativesIdentify and recommend new features and experiences to increase engagement and loyaltyDrive year-over-year growth across key metrics such as customer visits and engagementDefine, track, and analyze KPIs to measure platform performance against goalsLead experimentation and innovation efforts to continuously increase customer valuePartner cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, technology, operations, and risk teams to achieve business objectives
