Description One of our non-profit clients is looking to staff a Director of Accounting/Sr. Accountant with proven US GAAP knowledge. This Director of Accounting/Sr. Accountant will conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance, oversee the month end close process, monitor expense accruals, assist with fixed assets, maintain & resolve general ledger discrepancies, create solutions for process improvement, monitor cash flow, ensure compliance with local tax requirements, manage journal entry tracking, and assist with the financial planning process.
