ERP/CRM Consultant

Description We are in search of a proficient ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Middletown, Delaware. In this role, you will mainly focus on the transition from HubSpot to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which includes the transfer and recreation of various data sets and templates. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Facilitate the migration from HubSpot to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Replicate existing workflows in the new system Reconstruct lists in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with equivalent criteria Transfer and manage contacts from specified lists Recreate campaigns, forms, and landing pages in the new system Transfer media files to the new media library Transfer and organize various emails across different folders Replicate saved email templates in the new system Investigate and check the hosting of certain lead generator download pages Ensure all business requirements are met during the transition process Implement and manage configuration changes as required Leverage your knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Client Side Scripting in the execution of tasks. Requirements Proficiency in Client Side Scripting is required. Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is essential. Must have experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft tools and platforms is needed. Experience in AB Testing is desirable. API Development skills are crucial for this role. Understanding of Business Process Functions is necessary. Must be able to develop Business Requirement Documents efficiently. Experience in Configuration Management is a must.
