This team plays a crucial role in managing P&Ls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the division, helping leaders align business goals with financial outcomes.Role OverviewAs a Finance & Business Management Analyst, you will:Assist with financial analysis and planning across the Commerce Tech and Product organizationsParticipate in structured monthly close processes and tri-annual budgeting cyclesSupport financial reporting and decision-making through data analysis and presentation developmentEngage in expense approval processes and rate analysisUtilize financial systems and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Essbase, and ThoughtSpotKey ResponsibilitiesConduct month-end financial close activitiesPrepare and analyze key reports and financial metricsPartner with cross-functional teams to manage budgets and forecastsReview and support expense and resource planningPresent insights and recommendations to internal stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBasic proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsInterest in finance, business operations, or analyticsAbility to manage time effectively and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and critical thinking abilityPay Range:$20/hourYUPRO Placement is the nation’s leading skills-first placement firm placing and promoting historically overlooked talent into permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract job assignments.
