Grounds Keeper

Property, facilities maint. and lawn care.

perform maintenance including but not limited to mowing, trimming, edging, mulching & weeding knowledge and ability to prune and trim trees and shrubs

must be able to drive tractor with blade, bushog, operate bobcat, backhoe

maintain and perform maint. on tools, equipment and machinery as needed

should have carpentry, basic plumbing, welding and electrical skills. (Handy man skills)

communicate effectively with management, crew members and clients

minimum of 2 years of ground maintenance experience

ability to lift at least 50 lbs

must have current drivers license, reliable transportation and ability to work in changing weather conditions

ability to independently follow and complete specific assigned tasks

must be honest

cdl preferable or able to obtain(not a starting necessity).

eve and sat with on call availability
