CTA Roofing and Waterproofing, Inc. is looking to hire a skilled and motivated Roofing Technician/Foreman/Crew Leader. This person will help lead our roofing projects and guide our crew to success. We need someone with experience in installing commercial roofs and who knows how to work well with others. You’ll be installing roofs every day, leading by example, and making sure the work gets done right, on time, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Install Roofing Systems: You will be working alongside your crew, installing roofing systems like EPDM, TPO, PVC, and standing seam every day.

Lead the Crew: You will be the leader, setting the pace, ensuring high-quality work, and meeting project deadlines.

Train and Coach: Help teach and train newer crew members to build their skills and follow proper procedures.

Job Site Meetings: You may need to attend job progress meetings with the project owners, general contractors, or other companies.

Communication: You will be in charge of talking to the crew, customers, and other contractors to make sure everyone understands what needs to be done.

Maintain High Standards: Ensure that all work meets manufacturer instructions, project requirements, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 5 years (preferably 10+) of experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, standing seam, and service work. Also, at least 3 years (preferably 5+) of experience running a crew.

Player/Coach: You’ll be installing roofs yourself, but you also need to be a good leader, teaching your team how to do the job well.

Strong Work Ethic: You need to be reliable, punctual, and always ready to get the job done right.

Skills in Leadership: Able to lead by example, inspire your team, and keep things moving while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Communication: Must speak English well; Spanish is a plus. You will be working with people on the job site and in meetings.

Job Requirements: Must pass a drug test and background check. Clean and valid driver’s license required. You must have the physical ability to do roofing work.
