Delaware Wholesale Loan Ops is the component within the broader organization that focuses on providing operational support for the many businesses involved with the syndicated loan product. This includes but is not limited to credit trading, IB Risk and Syndicated and Leveraged Finance, all of which have a global presence and are supported out of the Delaware Operations hub.Provides operational support to various trading desks within Loan Trading and other Investment Bank clients for highly specialized structured loan transactions.Ongoing Responsibilities:Support the servicing of complex and non-standard loan products that require extra diligence and critical thinking.

Participate in the drafting of New Business Initiative Agreements by attending calls and meetings with the respective business sponsors and providing key information from an operational support perspective.

Communicate frequently with the various front and middle offices to ensure seamless support of the business.

Work closely with Financial and Product control to ensure accurate reflection of month end income/P&L.

Participate in the development of technology enhancements and fixes as well as the associated UAT testing needed to properly implement in the production environment.

Action all scheduled and unscheduled loan activity on a daily basis.

Monitor and investigate cash and other exceptions such as past due loans, payable & receivable balances, and other items that pose financial risk to the firm.

Qualifications:Requires either equivalent work experience in Loan or Bank Operations OR Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or Business

Prior knowledge of loan product or trading operations is desired

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong teamwork skills
