- Experience with Mainframe environment TSO/ISPF - Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Hands on experience with Mainframe Assembler Programming – Design, Develop & troubleshoot programs.
- Analyzing existing Assembler language code preparing documents like technical specs, UTP/UTR etc,
- Experience in converting few of the assembler code to COBOL/IMS etc.
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with the software tools and techniques used in software development
- Experience and understanding of Production issues resolution and performance engineering
- Should have knowledge of SDLC methodologies, Good Communication skills
- Exposure to conduct peer reviews and bring standard processes to ensure high quality
