Job Description The Manager of Digital Analytics will work within Digital Analytics team, partnering with multiple business units within the organization. This includes Marketing Technology, Brand, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Servicing. The individual should have experience with web-based analytics, with the ability to provide insights to the groups based on analysis and trending of site data. The individual will build a suite of reporting, ensuring it meets the business needs. It s expected that the individual will work with the web analytics team to help determine what information is necessary and execute against business goals. The individual will be asked to leverage analytics to improve the holistic customer experience on the web site and provide continued insight to that end. Experience in pathing analysis, user behavior, waterfall/fallout analysis and site testing are a must. The individual should be familiar with the major web analytics tools, in particular with Adobe. The individual should have knowledge and understanding of site QA, tagging requirements, CX tools, such as commenting and social media tools, and tag management tools. The individual will work with the website technology team to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements. The individual must be able to work autonomously and effectively in a dynamic and changing work environment. Communication and prioritization skills are a must, as is the ability to present information, strategy, and recommendations clearly and succinctly to management What you will be doing: - Reporting
- Reads test results and provides insights/recommendations.
- Builds and manages reporting suite/dashboards to cover business needs.
- Creates presentations with structured format to share results.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis
- Proactively produces insightful analytics to drive the business forward.
- Helps respond to inquiries about specific web analytics questions testing strategies to optimize new and existing features.
- Self-Development
- Takes an active role in identifying potential new data and ways to analyze.
- Develops expert level knowledge of all data, tools, and business tactics.
- Presents information in a manner that is clear to the target audience.
Experience you will need: - BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience.
- 5+ years quantitative experience.
- 1+ years experience in web analytics.
- 1-2 years experience with SAS/SQL knowledge.
- Experience with Adobe s web suite, including Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau and/or PowerBI).
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience - Master s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
- Tag Management knowledge.
- Understanding of Agile development principles.
