PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Manager of University and Programs Recruitment is responsible for providing world-class staffing leadership for internship hiring enterprise wide for Exelon. This role will be responsible for overseeing a team of campus recruiters and partnering with the functional hiring teams through their University Recruiting efforts at numerous schools, as well as providing guidance to the HR and Function leadership teams regarding the selection and hiring processes that will enable them to achieve their intern hiring goals.

This role will be responsible for creating and implementing recruiting programs strategies that maximize best practices to attract and hire top, diverse intern talent. This includes governance, oversight, perform and support for university recruiting and early outreach activities as well as the national and strategic programs, enterprise-wide.- Oversee and perform specific activities including, but not limited to; providing logistics, training sessions prior to and at events at universities, technical schools, junior colleges, diversity national conferences and military schools/classes. Provide direction and support to the organization in the areas of co-op, intern undergraduate and graduate level recruiting as applicable.- Consult with the Recruiting teams and line leaders to design and/or continually improve recruiting strategies and tactics, programs and processes designed to increase quality of hire, reduce recruiting expenses, and speed the acquisition of talent. Maintain relationships with key external contacts and vendors as necessary.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Develop and lead execution of intern recruiting and programs strategies. Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, college/university representatives, campus diversity & leadership clubs and alumni, secondary schools and organizations, military recruitment partner contacts, diversity organization leaders.

- Develop, track and maintain enterprise-wide program metrics. Analyze data and recommend program changes based on data analytics. Plan for recruiting/diversity programs including logistics calls, training sessions. Track and analyze metrics.

- Influence and lead business partners in the planning and continuous improvement of their college, diversity, and military recruiting strategy, ensuring successful execution of all annual events, interviews and processes

- Oversight of all enterprise-wide program logistics.

- Collaborate on participation in all programs-related surveys (e.g., Vault top internships, Military recruitment awards) and benchmarking tools to continue to position the company to a top employer of choice.

- Create and maintain recruitment content, including but not limited to Management Model, Shared Drives, Share Point, LinkedIn, etc.

POSITION SCOPE? Operates independently with little or no supervision.? Requires depth and breadth of experience in recruiting discipline.? Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities to address complex assignments and non-standard situations.? Manages a team of up to 2 recruiters and indirect oversight of administrative coordinators.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Human Resources, psychology or related field. A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, including Campus Recruiting experience. Demonstrated understanding of recruiting practices and programs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal. Strong technical and analytical skills Travel required, minimum of 50% at times Must be able to adapt to changing priorities Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Prior corporate experience with co-op and intern programs. Direct college recruiting experience is preferred. Prior experience working with event management software and CRM such as Talemetry Experience designing and implementing staffing programs and strategies. Social/mobile recruiting experience. Experience recruiting military talent and translating military experience.
