Position: Network Manager100% RemoteDirect hire/permanent positionPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitor and manage all networking devices and connections to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performanceProvide stable and sufficient connectivity to allow the business to conduct reliable and secure operationsManage the acquisition, installation, maintenance, performance, monitoring, security and access policies of all routers, switches, firewalls, software and other network components as requiredAdminister and secure all Company internal and external network accessAnalyze products and recommend use of new products to direct managementProduce routine network monitor reports for direct managementMonitors, evaluates and corrects outages to the LAN/WAN, firewall, and remote access servicesDevelop information system strategies by determining accountabilities; policies, procedures and controlsDevelop strategy for network infrastructureProvided management oversight for the networking groupProvide assistance to other employees by liaising with them through healthy and positive interactionsAll other tasks, responsibilities or duties, as directed by managementMonitor and Manage the company internal telephone system(s) and their connectionsProvide leadership and guidance in the day to day activities for direct reportsADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain networking equipment areas and closets and ensures they are in order and supporting devices are maintained.Maintaining budget for corporate networking operationsOther items as assigned by managementProvide escalation support to direct reportsProvide escalation support to service desk with regards to trouble ticketsInterface with vendors and carriers to provide services and solutionsInterface with company leadershipProvide service as subject matter expert for various networking technologiesQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors' degree in IT, Cyber Security or Business3-5 Years of IT Leadership Experience, managing a team5-7 Years Network Administration ExperienceOperational knowledge of the configuration of advanced networking hardware including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, fiber connections, WAN, LAN, and VPNsKnowledge of modern routing protocols and networking topologyCisco CertificationPalo Alto CertificationJob ApplicantsContact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
