Piper Companies is looking for an Operations Specialist for a rapidly growing Financial Services Company for a Hybrid Role located in Wilmington, Delaware. Responsibilities for the Operations Specialist • Report to SVP, Director of Operations to complete various internal requests and special projects assigned • Update account holdings with cost basis and DoD values • Assist with onboarding new accounts and new assets • Cross train with other team members to back them up as needed Qualifications for the Operations Specialist • 1-2 years of experience in trust/custody operations or with mutual funds • Experience with Word and Database applications: Pivot tables, macros, V-lookup in Excel • Be able to uphold a high service standard and demonstrate appropriate effort and attitude • The ability to work independently and with a team • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail • Demonstrated time management skills and ability to multi-task • BA or BS undergraduate degree is required- entry level welcome Compensation for the Operations Specialist • Salary $50,000-$60,000 • Hybrid schedule-3 days a week in office • Comprehensive Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO Keywords: Operations management, operations analyst, Microsoft access, MS access, logistics management, customer service, internal service, external service, project planning, project management, collaboration, collaborate, detail oriented, Microsoft excel, MS excel, operational efforts, trust operations, problem solving, asset values, benefits, medical, dental, vision, PTO
