- Full accountability for creating a project plan, including detailed tasks, assigning ownership, and target dates around implementing a cross-border framework for an acquired company
- Escalate and solution critical challenges that arise in the cross-border framework build
- Support the project team with appropriate project management discipline, including scorecard creation, RAID log maintenance, and documenting decisions made
- Set up and lead frequent working group meetings, with robust agendas, documented action items and detailed minutes
- Represent the cross-border workstream at broader integration program meetings, with the ability to provide status updates
- Navigate across cross-functional teams to achieve expected milestones, inclusive of senior functional leaders
- Build and support appropriate change management and governance process to support the initiative
- Demonstration of advanced project management skills, including previous experience with complex, global and cross-functional initiatives, with experience in financial services preferred
- Experience leading change management initiatives in a global organization
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated control mindset
- Experience collaborating and coordinating across multiple teams, and bringing the teams to consensus
- Strong communicator with the ability to understand project nuances and message accordingly to an array of stakeholders from project participants to senior sponsors

- Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project.
- Project managers may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
