Firmwide Risk Management is overseen and managed on an enterprise-wide basis. The Firm's approach to risk management covers a broad spectrum of economic and other core risk areas, such as credit, market, liquidity, model, principal, country, operational, compliance, conduct, legal, capital and reputation risk, with controls and governance established for each area, as appropriate.The Credit Risk Controller & Analytics team is responsible for providing complete, timely, accurate, and useful data on the credit risk generated by the Firm's wholesale lines of businesses. The team's key stakeholders include the Firmwide Chief Risk Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Line of Business Chief Risk Officers, Wholesale Chief Credit Risk Officer, senior Credit Risk Management, senior Finance executives and Investor Relations.The Credit Risk Controller & Analytics team is looking for an experienced and motivated individual for this role that requires the ability to understand the month end close process including the end-to-end flow of wholesale credit data from various source systems to the final dataset used for internal management and external disclosure reporting. The right candidate must understand data sourcing, transformation and change management, challenge the numbers, and be able to oversee the development of intelligent solutions used to analyze and control the data.Responsibilities :Manage the end-to-end monthly credit close process which produces the data utilized for SEC 10Q/10K and internal management reporting

Understand and document credit data lineage, sourcing, consumption, and transformation

Manage data quality issues impacting the Risk Controller organization, from issue identification to remediation

Partner with business and technology teams to build requirements for technology enhancements, prioritize these enhancements, and test prior to release into production environments

Think creatively, challenge status quo, and deliver across a multitude of strategic objectives impacting the Firmwide Risk and Risk Controllers organizations

Qualifications :Bachelor's degree

10-15 years of experience in credit risk and/or financial reporting

Prior management of direct reports

Understanding of credit risk and the Firm's credit risk systems is a plus (iCRD, CRRT)

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Business Objects, Alteryx, Tableau and SQL is preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills needed for working within a team environment as well as communicating across departments

Experience with senior level presentations and project management
