Contract

Responsibilities:

Lead the software development team in the successful implementation of software projects using the Scrum framework
Ensure the team follows the Scrum framework, including facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and other stakeholders
Identify and remove any impediments that are preventing the team from achieving their goals
Provide technical support to the development team, including troubleshooting issues, reviewing code, and providing guidance on best practices
Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is properly prioritized and groomed
Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to continuously improve the Scrum process across the organization
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software development and agile methodologies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
Experience leading software development teams in the successful implementation of software projects
Experience with Java programming and web development technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus
