Seasonal Property Caretaker in Rehoboth Beach, DE!

We are looking for a Seasonal Property Caretaker to join our team this summer! This position involves maintaining a portfolio of vacation homes, assisting with housekeeping tasks, handling guest and homeowner concerns, and ensuring our properties are ready for guests.

Position Details:

Compensation: $18/hr

$100 monthly car allowance

Sign-on Bonus: $500 paid in two installments ($250 after 30 days of employment, $250 after 90 days of employment)

Employment Dates: Now until October 7, 2025
