What You'll Contribute

The Senior Manager of Digital Analytics will work collaboratively with multiple business units within the organization. This includes Web Strategy, Brand, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Servicing. The individual should have extensive experience with digital A/B testing and personalization practices and tools, with the ability to provide guidance and strategic recommendations to the aforementioned groups based on user behavior and testing outcomes.

The individual will be responsible for establishing testing program best practices and procedures; drawing from previous experience to help SLM quickly establish an effective testing and optimization practice. The individual will be responsible for building, executing and analyzing the impact of website tests and personalization campaigns, ensuring business needs are met while providing great experiences for SLM prospects and customers.

He/she must be able to present data-driven findings in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including senior management. The manager will be asked to leverage findings and insights to coordinate with analytical and strategic team members to optimize digital experiences. The individual must possess strong organizational and analytical skills and work effectively in a dynamic and changing work environment. Communication and prioritization skills are a must, as is the ability to present information, strategy, and recommendations clearly and succinctly.

Please note this role is hybrid: 2-3 days a week in office, 2-3 day a week work from home

What You'll Do
  • Testing Campaign Management
    • Works with key stakeholders to develop testing hypotheses and gather requirements.
    • Ensures testing and personalization campaigns are set up properly to deliver planned experiences and provide accurate data collection.
    • Builds and launches testing and personalization campaigns with the help of designers, front end developers and key stakeholders.
    • Monitors campaign tracking and performance.
    • Communicates progression of campaigns with key stakeholders and provide recommendations as subject matter expert.
    • Develops post-test insights and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Digital Optimization Analysis
    • Executes pre-launch baseline analysis and impact forecasts for project prioritization and business case development.
    • Analyzes campaign performance mid-flight to identify potential risks and opportunities.
    • Discovers new opportunities for experience optimization by investigating engagement metrics and segment performance.
    • Performs significance and confidence interval analyses.
    • Analyzes post-campaign results and help provide findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Program Refinement & Enhancements
    • Works with key stakeholders to establish operating model for testing & optimization program.
    • Works with A/B testing vendor and agencies to ensure industry best practices are incorporated into testing & personalization practice.
    • Identifies opportunities for process and workflow improvements.
    • Monitors all tests, ensuring for clear controls and no site breakages.
    • Stays in tune with industry best practices and developments and adjust SLM program to stay current.

What You Have

Minimum Education, Skills and Experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years A/B, MVT and Personalization experience.
  • 3-5 years in analytical role.
  • 1-2 years in SAS and/or SQL.
  • Deep experience in A/B testing and personalization tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc.
  • Experience with Adobe's web suite, including Adobe Analytics (Omniture).
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain effective business area partnerships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to articulate complex analytics.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, resourceful, with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to accurately identify issues, implement resolutions, and escalate to management.

Preferred Education, Skills and Experience
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Tag Management knowledge.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI.
