Senior Product Owner

Location: Wilmington, DE Salary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD Annually Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Product Owner to work hybrid in Wilmington, DE. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. W2 only.

• Build and own the product/program vision for assigned agile product teams that aligns with the overall strategic intent and communicate them with the teams and their stakeholders.
• Make autonomous decisions, quickly and thoughtfully, to move delivery forward in alignment with overall product vision and strategy; ensure assigned Product Owners adhere to this.
• A strong understanding of data strategy, data platforms, data governance, and data integration and how to enable a holistic data strategy to support business outcomes.
• Making sure that data architectural standards are maintained, adhered to, and refined as necessary.
• Manage and lead a group of Product Owners all working toward the same strategic intent.
• Leading multiple teams in a Product Leadership capacity to ensure that data product development is aligned to business transformation objectives.
• Developing and communicating Product roadmaps, KPI's, OKR's to business stakeholders and executives

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' business, analytical, technical and/or product experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 14 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 10 years' business, analytical, technical and/or product experience.
• Proven business expertise with experience in setting clear priorities, understanding business value impacts and independent decision-making.
• Prior experience prioritizing across competing priorities and quickly changing landscape.

• Understanding of Design Thinking principles
• Knowledge of product design and development best practices
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices
• Experience working in partnership with user experience teams on product design
• Experience developing/managing digital capabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
