Job Description:
Enterprise Architecture & Engineering (EAE) is a growing department within the Global Technology division at Bank of America that is responsible for:- Improving the experience for our developers, making it easier to deliver industry-leading solutions, while managing work efficiently and with the right controls

- Reducing risk and improving quality across our technology portfolio by aligning to a single enterprise architecture strategy and delivering governance that enables consistency, integration and automation
- Responsible for contributing to the roadmap, design, communications to existing and potential clients, adoption, and metric reporting for the BPM offerings within the Process Automation COE BPM Domain.
- Roadmap, design, build and adoption for Business Support Tools and Utilities including Data Remediation tools and Processes, Utilities for Data Governance, Platform Operational Metrics with Operational Excellence goals of Automation, Efficiency and Simplification
- Contributes and co-leads the Community of Practice sessions and events through-out the year.
- Helps create and executes a robust communications plan which is both broad across the enterprise and targeted to specific areas of focus when necessary.
- Responsible for communicating with senior management on the vision of the product/deliverables, usage of the product through a set of meaningful metrics, project status and escalation of risks
- Create and prioritize features/epics in the program backlog; empowered to make decisions about trade-offs with emerging work versus planned work.
- Refine, review, and accept features/epics with the Product Owners to ensure there is enough "ready" work for the upcoming 1-2 quarters
- Provides direction and guidance for day-to-day efforts of resources providing support for requirements, task management, and industry perspective.
- Develops frameworks for solving a range of complex problems. Can foresee future problems and define resolutions/new opportunities.
- Conversant with technologies and constructs used in delivering robust E2E solutions
- Facilitates program/portfolio level planning ceremonies against backlog/ prioritized work. Manages risk/dependencies/impediments. Ability to answer program/portfolio level Agile/waterfall framework questions.
- Sets agenda and defines the artifacts needed for governance forums. Collects feedback from customers and stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management. Ability to communicate with and challenge stakeholders, including executive steering representatives
- Has general awareness of testing practices and has been involved in hands-on testing.
- Basic knowledge of automation and continuous delivery practices. Ability to participate in their role and utilize necessary tools with minimal guidance.
- Collaborates with cross-business/technology and builds alliances with both internal and external stakeholders to gain support and buy-in on ideas, reconciling and negotiating disparate viewpoints. Partners effectively with business stakeholders and leverages industry knowledge.
