We are looking for a

SaaS Security and Compliance Administrator to join our

ACG Services Product Support Team. Reporting to the Associate VP of Business Enablement and Product Support, you will be a technically oriented leader who thrives on influencing teams of talented professionals in building secure and compliant enterprise-grade software products and SaaS solutions.

As our SaaS-based services business grows, it is critical that we maintain security and data privacy compliance for our customers. This is a demanding area as we continue to adhere to an increasing number of standards (PCI, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.) across an increasing number of ACG SaaS Service Products.

In partnership with our IT ISRM team, legal and ACG R&D SaaS Security and Data Privacy Officer, you will document and ensure administration of processes that ensure our business meets customer security and privacy expectations and audit requirements on both our SaaS product and its data.

Responsibilities:
  • Co-create and manage process documentation required to meet SaaS Security and Data Privacy requirements.
  • Develop training content and deliver training to internal product user communities.
  • Participate in or lead regular internal audits, assessments, and follow-up.
  • Ensure Internal Agilent user provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Ensure adherence to security standards (ISO 27001 / SOC 2) and provide audit support (ISO, PCI, etc.).
  • Implement the IT SDPLC across the business ensuring alignment and ownership.
  • Participate in customer audits and inquiries related to SaaS Security and Data Privacy for Service products.
  • Accountable for risk assessment.
  • Coordinates internal and external project team members' contributions.
  • Determine and develop approaches to assignments.
  • Lead projects requiring coordination with other internal organizations, customers.
  • Solve a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
