-Participate in governance routines, review of information and key reports / metrics and appropriately challenge•-Identify and remediate vulnerability, application/platform issues, and non-permitted technology in the Real Time Communication space within specified timelines•-Ensure compliance with standards for risk management, identification, response and remediation•-Strict adherence to framework for managing and governing risk and control activities•-Confirm to a sustainable risk culture and program•-Foster the Identify, Escalate, and Debate risk culture•-Appropriate escalation of control gaps and issues as needed•-Create/manage metrics, provide transparency, and lead remediation of risk activities•-Close all risk items within specified timelines•-Proactively identify Risk issues on Real Time Communication applications in development, pre-production, and production to ensure they are documented, assigned appropriate risk rating, and remediated in the most expeditious manner per Bank defined timelines•-Proactively remediate application vulnerabilities using Bank of America process and systems designed to track and document known exposures•-Ensure declining or decommissioned system records are current at all times•-Adhere to, update, and/or create processes, internal controls, and procedures•-Maintain up to date status and reporting for on-demand review with peer groups, leadership, and Global Information Security•-Review and analyze aggregate results of Failed Customer Interactions, specific themes and trends related to Patch and Vulnerability Management•-Create new application records/fulfill new application requirements as needed•-Responsible for vulnerability remediation on Real Time Communication applications:•-Strict adherence to the Enhanced Remediation Process (ERP), with corresponding tracking, reporting and escalation•-Interface with Global Information Security on all findings•-Document all required tasks/timelines for remediation•-Interface with internal partners to ensure awareness and identify issues/conflicts that may exist with remediation requirements•-Interface with external partners to ensure awareness and identify issues/conflicts that may exist with remediation requirements•-Interface with internal and external partners to ensure timely scheduling of remediation efforts•-Update operational partners on all activity to ensure awareness prior to work occurring•-Coordinate all risk related changes with internal partners to ensure conflict is avoided•-Update appropriate scans/documentation to prove remediation efforts are completed as expected•-Escalate remediation failures for immediate resolution•-Application Management

Required Skills

Extensive technical expertise in risk remediation•Technical expertise in Voice and Video communication platforms•Technical expertise on ATT and Verizon carrier platforms•Experience working in large real time communication environment•Strong analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail, and ability to determine effective course of action as required•Ability to thoroughly review, understand and interpret technology updates for applicability in the environment we support
