DUTIES:

  • Develop and deliver complex software requirements to accomplish business goals.
  • Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
  • Code solutions, unit tests, and ensure the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces.
  • Utilize multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements.
  • Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.
  • Participate, contribute, and coach team members in the delivery/release (CI-CD) events (e.g. branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution, release notes).
  • Develop full life cycle object oriented web application, including analysis, design, documentation of unit test cases, using Java J2EE, Spring, REST Web Services and Oracle as back end.
  • Adhere to project requirement and technical specifications and coordinating to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Attend JAD Sessions to gather details and develop support documentation.
  • Schedule activities to achieve high quality deliverables and providing functional demonstration to the customers.
  • Provide support for defects raised in post production environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Applied Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related; and
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
  • Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following: Developing full life cycle object oriented web application, including analysis, design, documentation of unit test cases, using Java J2EE, Spring, REST Web Services and Oracle as back end;
  • Adhering to project requirement and technical specifications and coordinating to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines;
  • Attending JAD Sessions to gather details and develop support documentation;
  • Scheduling activities to achieve high quality deliverables and providing functional demonstration to the customers; and,
