Warehouse Supervisor

Shipping company in Wilmington is looking for a warehouse supervisor to over see the operations of the warehouse. You will be the main contact for all issues related to the warehouse operations. To meet this role, you must:

1. Must have a minimum of a high School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience either in a warehouse environment or with an import/export company or a freight forwarding company.

3. Must know how to operate warehouse equipment’s such as a forklift, weighing scales, etc.

4. Must understand warehouse management and inventory control and stock management as well as pull out shipping and receiving procedures.

5. Ability to lead a team, assign tasks, and manage shift schedules. Must able to train other staff as needed.

6. Must understand and know how to use various Microsoft office softwares and be fully computer proficient.

Rate: $29/Hour
