Position DescriptionThe WM Operations Core Services organization is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a process improvement project management role which will focus on facilitating end to end process reviews. This role will enable you to leverage project management disciplines to conduct reviews of complex processes with the goal of identifying process and control improvement opportunities and coordinating the implementation of those enhancements.Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Collaborate directly with various subject matter experts across multiple teams within and outside of WM Ops to create end to end process models in Signavio

Analyze processes to identify re-engineering opportunities which will create efficiencies and/or enhance controls

Identify opportunities to leverage intelligent automation solutions to increase process efficiency and reduce risk

Effectively plan and coordinate implementing process changes enabling teams to realize efficiencies or control enhancements

Create highly effective presentation materials to communicate status updates to executive management

Qualifications include:An undergraduate degree or 10+ years of professional experience in the area of project management, process improvement or process re-engineering

Adaptable with the ability to come up to speed quickly on new subject matter

Demonstrate a high level of initiative with the ability to work independently, be self-motivated and take ownership of assignments with minimal direction

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while working effectively under pressures controlled by deadlines

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Team player with excellent organization and project management skills

Detail oriented with a commitment to consistent quality

Strong analytical and problem solving skills - ability to analyze complex problems / scenarios, identify root cause and determine remediation steps

Capacity to successfully identify risks and control deficiencies

Ability to create effective process flow documentation

Effective issue resolution and decision-making skills

Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint with proficiency in Signavio being a plus

Knowledge of intelligent automation solutions such as Alteryx and Xceptor a plus
