Savvee Consulting is seeking to hire a detail-oriented
Administrative Coordinator to support our federal client in Washington, DC. An ideal candidate for this role will already hold an active security clearance, have strong attention to detail, and have excellent communication skills.Essential Functions - Conducting research, preparing reports, and handling information requests containing sensitive data
- Maintaining control of senior leadership calendars
- Preparing correspondences, meeting agendas, and meeting summaries
- Arranging on-site visitor requests and escorting visitors through the facility
- Coordinating travel arrangements including arranging travel, preparing authorization requests, and completing travel vouchers
- Tracking inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Reviewing incoming memos and reports to properly disseminate to upper leadership
- Supporting the client’s Human Resources team with actions including personnel file maintenance, on-boarding, and out processing of employees
- Coordinating the allocation of office space and maintaining floor plan maps
- Scheduling ad hoc maintenance on items within the office
- Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to client
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
Education & Training- Bachelor's degree OR 5 years of related experience
- Must currently hold an ACTIVE Secret Clearance
Minimum Experience & Skills- Must be willing to work on-site once COVID accommodations are lifted
- Highly Skilled within the Microsoft suite of products to include (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with Outlook to include shared calendars, scheduling, and organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
