AEM Developer Washington DC REMOTE TILL COVID FULLTIME/PERMANENT Video Interview FTE ONLY What You'll Need To Be Successful Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field Should have executed at least 2-3 business transformation programs as Technology owner. - Must have good knowledge of AEM 6.x Architecture and changes in the new versions - Have experience to design and implement complete Digital foundation of an enterprise. - Must have experience of defining and set up deployment process using Adobe managed service and on premise deployment. - Experience of working with Project teams/Tech Lead/Developers in defining application architectures and implementation to ensure adherence to business requirements, Technology standards, best practices, business strategies - Should have knowledge of Oak architecture and sling framework at architecture level/AEM administration including User/grp/Security and service management - Should have knowledge of authentication against LDAP server, SSO, OAuth, SAML etc. - Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned to project objectives - Develop technical and conceptual design in support of the overall application design with respect to Adobe Marketing Cloud - Defines integrations between the Adobe Marketing Cloud Products (Adobe Analytics , Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target and Dynamic Tag Management) - Designing a solution architecture, experience of converting business requirements to reusable, configurable templates and components that can be used across multiple brand sites on mulitple channel/devices - Identifying and recommending performance requirements Good knowledge of agile operating models and frameworks What You'll Achieve Identify opportunities for growth and deliver on growth commitments on programs Share value addition and best practices across teams. Adopt best practices from other processes,verticals etc. Identify better ways to deliver anticipated customer needs or to deliver existing services that target customers value. Prepare for infrastructure and other growth related requirements. Provide Technical guidance and mentorship to various team. Continue to support D&A sales teams to grow business by winning new deals Identify opportunities to expand HCL footprint and drive further services and customer service, and drive partnerships and cross collaboration with HCL partners, SIs, and 3rd Parties Evangelize, train, coach, and mentor Services team members on hard technical skills and soft skills Develop reusable content such as blog posts and technical whitepapers. Work with HCL product leadership providing valuable product insight, guiding product direction and features. Deliver compelling presentations, architectural blueprint documents, and requirements-gathering workshops to influence the strategic direction of our projects and lead customers through solution design Able to clearly articulate HCL's digital offerings, transformation approach and accelerators that differentiate HCL Develop a good understanding of HCL's past digital transformation engagements and be able to talk about them with conviction Participate in HCL Technical Product and Consulting Services training, methodology, and enablement Begin participation in field activities with clients and practicing enablement gained from training
