Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail.

Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently met.

Follow established recipes and procedures to maintain the integrity of our menu items.

Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow during service.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience working as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant or similar establishment.

Proficient knowledge of various cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment.

Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff.

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
