Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Enter relevant information into the dealership's database system with a high level of accuracy to ensure compliance and completeness of records.

Communication: Liaise with customers, lenders, and government agencies to facilitate the transfer of vehicle titles and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Title Research: Conduct research as needed to resolve title issues, including obtaining missing documentation or correcting errors.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date with state regulations regarding vehicle titles and registration processes to ensure full compliance and avoid any legal issues.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries related to vehicle titles and registration processes in a professional and courteous manner.

Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the dealership's administrative team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in automotive title processing or related administrative roles preferred.

Knowledge: Familiarity with state-specific title and registration regulations and procedures is advantageous.
