- You'll manage and organize assets to ensure inventory for workstations, laptops cabling, and other equipment is available.
- You'll support the annual inventory process, which involves data entry, transferring items, deposing Items, and bar code scanning
- You'll install workstations, thin clients, and printers in customer locations. This includes troubleshooting issues with the setup and installation of these devices.
- You'll work with other Service Desk Technicians to response to on demand requests for Tier 1 support.
- You have hands on experience with Asset Management.
- You like to solve problems, using excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have exemplary telephone skills

- An active Top Secret clearance
- 2 years of experience in an asset management position
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to work and relate with technical resources
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience working with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and ServiceNow
- Experience configuring and installing network printers, local printers, workstations, thin clients, and laptops for use on various classifications of networks
- Experience with iPads/iPhones, updating, provisioning and distributing mobile devices.
- Experience working with Mifi's and other mobile device troubleshooting
- A basic understanding of Active Directory, OUs and Workstations
- Experience responding to on demand requests for Tier 1 support.
- You have Microsoft or CompTIA certifications
- You have a bachelor's degree
