Assistant Manager /Floor Manager

Peacock Cafe, a well established full service restaurant and bar is looking for a strong floor/operation manager. The individual must have a great knowledge of

-Formal, full service operation, handling a busy dining room. Working well with the ownership and other managers leading the staff for optimal service e Prince for the guests.

-Great knowledge of wine and bar items. Being able to handle inventory and bar operation.

-Professional in all aspects of communication and demeanor.

-Has obtained serve safe and ABC manager license for DC

-Open availability.
