Automotive Car Sales / Front Office (ASAP)

We are a privately owned used car dealership, and we are currently in search of a used car salesperson to join. If you have a passion for cars, strong sales and organizational skills, and a friendly attitude, your what we're looking for.

JOB DISCRIPTION (overview):

Answering daily leads and following up on previous leads via Email and phone

Greet customers and help them find a vehicle that fits their needs and budget

Build rapport and follow up with customers to close deals

Understand and present financing options (training provided)

Explain vehicle features

Negotiate pricing and terms while delivering top-notch customer service

Finalize paperwork

Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, warranties, and financing options

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills (Spanish speaking strongly preferred but not required)

- Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred but not required)

- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and knowledge

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections

- Comfortable using online tools, and sales software (will train)

- Willingness to learn and assist other team members

- Flexible and able to manage a variety of tasks

- Must have a valid driver’s license
