Able to upgrade the Axway product, apply patches and oversee building new environments for the Axway product.Able to set up secure file transfers and folders and troubleshoot any file transfer issues.Ability to support and deploy network security application and hardware components.Good problem solving and communication skills.Work under the direction of the senior technical staff in administration, configuration and maintenance of network and security tools and data. Focus for this position is on configuration and customization of Axway.Knowledge of transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS and FTPKnowledge of UNIX/Linux O/S and firewalls and network topologyMay also include working with other security tools: Infobloz, Qradar, ForeScout, CyberArk, Carbon Black, FireEye, Palo Alto Firewall and F5 load balancer.Monitoring and troubleshooting network and security incidents.Work in collaboration with end user groups to understand requirements and provide the technical solutionsInteract with customers at all levels to provide high level of professional customer care for all clients.Assist with system documentation and process mapping.Conduct research and development for process improvement and innovation.
