Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning, minority female-owned federal government contractor, has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst/Help Desk Coordinator to join our team in Washington DC

. This position is a hybrid role, with both remote and in office work required (office location is Washington, DC) The ITCCB coordinator is part of a team that champions a department-wide Hardware and Software approval and tracking process. For this role, the coordinator reviews and vets Hardware and Software products for the Department to ensure products meet accessibility standards and guidelines prior to being included into the Department inventory of approved products. Tasks include monitoring the ITCCB tracking database, collaborating with sponsors, conducting research to confirm products meet accessibility standards (to include doing market research and collecting vendor VPATs Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates that demonstrate product are WCAG conformant. Be able to provide timely follow-up on these requests, manage the Department of State Information Technology Change Control Board (ITCCB) tracking tool to ensure other inputs are acknowledged and addressed and collaborate with ITCCB to recommend process improvements. Requirement:
  • Manage, track and respond to inquiries (tickets)
  • Drive the part of ITCCB process once an inquiry or submission has been made
  • Manage the entire business process with attention to detail,
  • Track metrics and improve processes based on the information,
  • Follow-up on inquiries to ensure the approval process is moving forward
  • Detail oriented with a solid work ethic and aptitude to learn

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years applicable experience
  • Experience in accessibility standards and 508 Compliance is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid work ethic with aptitude to learn
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • US Citizenship required
