This position is hybrid with 3 days in office in Washington, DC.Candidates must be local to the DC area to be considered.Candidates must be fully vaccinated to be considered.

What you'll do

You will support and administer complex business systems applications and provide technical solutions to complex problems. You will analyze business system processes, systems, and other resources to implement best practices for the firm. You will also:
  • Analyze complex technical problems and support, monitor, integrate, and maintain software solutions.
  • Advise employees on best practices and train them to use business systems software.
  • Recommend and lead technical efforts to improve business systems processes, performance, integration, and results.
  • Coordinate support from outside resources and vendors to maintain and improve business systems.
Must haves:- SQL Server experience- Exposure to Power BI- Scripting experience in Python or Powershell

Nice to haves:- Dyanmics 365 experience- Share Point experience- Microsoft Teams experience- Azure experience What you'll bring to the table
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of business systems, including accounting and finance, ERP, and business intelligence.
  • Proficiency with common scripting environments, macro languages, web technologies, and document formats.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server, Power BI, Dynamics365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure.
  • Ability to work effectively under changing circumstances, tight deadlines, and during periods of high pressure.
  • Ability to work with individuals of varying backgrounds, levels, and departments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical issues across all levels.
