Companion for 89-Year-Old Female with Caregiving Experience Wanted

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced companion to assist an 89-year-old woman with a rich background in caregiving. The ideal candidate should be someone who understands the importance of companionship, light assistance, and providing emotional support, as well as someone who can relate to the caregiver role and offer understanding and kindness.

Responsibilities include:

Providing companionship and engaging in conversations

Offering emotional support and companionship throughout the day

Assisting with light daily tasks (e.g., meal preparation, light housekeeping)

Offering a sense of security and comfort

Occasional help with managing appointments and activities

Qualifications:

Experience in caregiving or a strong understanding of caregiving roles

Compassionate, reliable, and patient

Comfortable with an older adult's needs and communication style

Ability to engage in meaningful conversation and share activities like reading, puzzles, or light exercise

Preferably a background in assisting elderly individuals or individuals with special needs

Must drive and have clean driving record.
