Job Description:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls via telephone and computer, providing and recording articulate, accurate, and thorough information, while helping and assisting the caller's needs.

Applicant must be a skilled communicator with a clear pleasant speaking voice, and have Microsoft Office experience.

We are a communications information company operating 24/7.

Our current open schedule is an Evening schedule: (5) days a week, Saturday through Wednesday, 3:30pm - 12:00am.
