Longeviti LLC is searching for a Customer Technical Representative NCR. Longeviti seeks a Customer Technical Representative NCR to provide mission support to the US Navy Program Executive Office (PEO) Digital OPS/ADMIN Support Service.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
  • Must

    have an active Secret security clearance. Only candidates with a current Secret clearance will be considered.
  • Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide technical assistance for computer-related hardware, software, (e.g. printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, operating systems, and software
  • Maintenance/upgrades) and intranet matters
  • Address client inquiries and resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically. Support users with onboarding and off boarding activities

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, coordination, and data mining skills

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience, Associate’s degree with 7 years of additional relevant work experience, or 9 years relevant work experience

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Must maintain IAT Level I certification per DoD 8570.1M
