Top Secret/SCI | 120000-130000 per year | Washington, DC, USA | Salary | Full Time SGI Global is seeking a Watch Site Lead/Program Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security, The Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office (CWMD) and Watch Operations. The CWMD watch will coordinate, share, and perform analysis on relevant operational information related to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, (CBRN) and medical events or incidents worldwide that consist of potential CBRN agents, counter proliferation of CBRN and CBRN dual use material, terrorism related to the use, theft, and illegal possession of CBRN material, and provide alert and notification of CWMD incidents. Duties/Responsibilities

The Site Lead/PM will serve as the liaison between the contract and the government client. The Lead will be responsible for all work performed under this contract. The Site Lead will serves as a single point of contact for the government client.

The Site Lead/PM shall be responsible for all administrative duties related to the watch.

The Site Lead/PM and client will meet monthly to go over any administrative issues.

The Site Lead/PM shall coordinate in-processing of newly hired watch personnel and the out-processing of watch personnel leaving the contract.

The Site Lead/PM shall be the primary point of contact driving, establishing, and performing training of current and continued capability of newly hired personnel and ensure they are prepared for certification.

The Site Lead/PM shall ensure a shift schedule is managed and provided to the client.

The Site Lead/PM shall ensure all account applications and other paperwork (i.e. deliverables) are completed and submitted for approvals.

The Site Lead/PM will be responsible for the review, development, and training of watch related SOPs, CWMD planning documents, and continuity of operations plans, other plans that impact the CWMD Watch Desk and operations support.

The Site Lead/PM shall be available to the client via telephone between the hours of 0900 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 24 hours of notification.

The Site Lead/PM shall be available to perform shift work to relieve watch personnel due to scheduled and unscheduled absences, or sickness to ensure the CWMD Watch Desk is always covered.

The Site Lead/PM will lead recruiting efforts to ensure the Watch Desk is fully staffed with qualified personnel.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field

A minimum of 4 years' experience in a supervisory position

Must have the ability to obtain DHS Suitability and must possess a TS/SCI clearance
