Database Administrator

Statement of Work: Contractor will be modernizing the financial business processes for USAC, to include implementing Oracle EBS. There are two workstreams one for the Federal Universal Service Fund and one for the commercial USAC entity. The work includes Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Cutover, and Hypercare. Task Description: This request is to support Release 1 deployment. Required skills/Level of Experience:

• Significant experience as an Oracle Applications Database Administrator, to include installing EBS, applying patches, and managing the environments.
• Significant experience designing, migrating, and managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments.
• Ability to work in a team
• Good analysis and communication skills

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certification
• Experience working with Confluence and Jira
