Deck builder and framer

We are a licensed and active general contractor with ongoing residential projects in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, looking to build long-term relationships with reliable deck builders and framers for home additions.

We Need:

Deck Builders – Must know current code for permit and inspection approval.

Framers – Experience with framing for home additions (single-family home).

Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years experience

Knowledge of code compliance in DC, MD, and VA

Must have your own tools, transportation, and crew (if applicable)

Ability to read and follow plans and blueprints

Valid license and insurance

Reliable, professional
